2.4 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kinetic Labs, its directors, and operators from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your handling, storage, human or animal ingestion, or unauthorized use of any products purchased from this website. 3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Orders are placed through our website. An order confirmation email does not constitute formal acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to decline, restrict, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3.2 Payment methods accepted: PayPal and cryptocurrency (where available at checkout).

3.3 All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). As a small business operating below the GST registration threshold, prices do not include GST.

3.4 Payment must be received in full and clear before goods enter our dispatch and fulfillment lifecycle.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship within Australia. International shipping may be available for select products — you must contact us to verify eligibility before ordering.

4.2 Dispatch and shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearances, or events outside our reasonable control.

4.3 Risk in the products passes to you once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to your nominated shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after a confirmed delivery event has occurred.

4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is completely accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Due to the sensitive nature and strict quality-control requirements of laboratory research compounds, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. All sales are final.

5.2 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery via our website contact form with your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

5.3 Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.4 Nothing in this section limits, excludes, or modifies your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic Labs' total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited strictly to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
